SARL IKM 'SARL OASIS EL IKHOUA MOUAS' , MOUAS'company , is a family business situated in the locality of Chabet El Ameur Wilaya of Boumerdès, 1 hour from Algiers Airport.

The launch of the manufacturing activity of Absorbable and Non-Absorbable Surgical Sutures was decided on February 6th, 2018, following the will of the founders of SARL IKM to create a medical device manufacturing company to meet the needs of the Algerian market and no longer be dependent on the import. While contributing to value-added generation in the country.

POLYGLACTIN ACID-PGLA

BRAISORB is an absorbable and coated synthetic sterile braided surgical suture, it is composed of a co-polymer consisting of 90% Glycolide and 10% L-lactide. Its crude formula is (C2H202) m (C3H402) n.

The combination of lactide and glycolide which gives polyglactin 910, benefits from an excellent tolerance, and a sufficient tensile force to allow an excellent healing of the tissues.

INDICATIONS

BRAISORB surgical sutures are indicated for:
-The approximation of most surgical incisions.
-Coaptation and/or ligature of soft tissues in general.
-General Surgery
-Ophthalmic surgery
-Ligation of blood vessels.
-Most specialized interventions.
-Wherever resorbable sutures can be used.
-Are intended for coaptation

STORAGE CONDITIONS
